Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday Pay Rate : $14 - $16 / hr DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Experience : 6+ months

Warehouse Worker Key Responsibilities :

Receiving and Stocking : Unload incoming shipments, verify contents against packing lists, inspect items for damage, and accurately organize and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.

Order Fulfillment : Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.

Inventory Management : Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory checks, reporting discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.

Quality and Safety : Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA standards.

General Duties : Assist with loading and unloading trucks and perform general warehouse upkeep and cleaning tasks as needed.

Warehouse Worker Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate, Order Picker, or similar role preferred.

Ability to read and follow written instructions and use basic computer or RF scanning technology for inventory tracking.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory counting.

Physical Stamina : Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
