Finance Manager U.S. Operations
The Finance Manager will oversee all financial activities for the U.S. business unit, ensuring compliance with domestic regulations and aligning financial planning with broader corporate goals. This role serves as a key advisor to senior leadership, offering insights into financial performance and recommending strategies that support long-term growth. The role is also responsible for implementing and monitoring internal control systems and maintaining accurate and timely financial reporting. Regular coordination with the global finance team is required. Reports to the U.S. General Manager and Global CFO (Headquartered Abroad).
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial strategy, planning, and forecasting for U.S. operations
Manage budgeting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day cash flow activities
Establish and uphold internal controls, systems, and financial procedures
Demonstrate strong ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism
Work in close partnership with the global finance department to ensure alignment with corporate policies and reporting cycles
Primary Duties
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the global headquarters
Ensure full compliance with U.S. GAAP and all relevant tax and regulatory requirements
Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax professionals
Support financial consolidation processes and contribute data for global financial reporting
Oversee local finance and accounting operations, including payroll and accounts payable
Serve as a core member of the U.S. leadership team, offering financial insights to help guide strategic decisions and ensure execution of key business priorities
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or MBA strongly preferred)
Minimum of 7 years in a financial leadership role, ideally within an international or multi-entity organization
Solid knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience with international reporting standards
Proven ability to manage intercompany transactions and collaborate across geographies
Skilled in the use of ERP systems and financial management tools
Prior experience in a cross-border or global company environment

Strong analytical capabilities and leadership presence
Comfortable working in multicultural environments and across time zones
Proficiency in SAP B1 and other financial software platforms
