Job Description

Oversee all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout. Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work. Coordinate and lead project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Manage contracts, including reviewing, negotiating, and executing subcontracts and purchase orders. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards. Supervise and support field teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers. Monitor job site progress and address any issues, delays, or changes. Track and manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and drawings.

Proven track record of leading complex construction projects from start to finish, with strong communication, budgeting, and team leadership skills. Project experience ideally includes life science and / or commercial TI
