The Senior Manager of Technical Product Management at T-Mobile is instrumental in shaping the vision and strategy of new data and reporting products supporting the Magenta Service Center. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to ensure flawless product development and market delivery, focusing on defining detailed product features and requirements based on thorough analysis of user needs. • Defines detailed product features and requirements based on analysis of user needs and market trends
• Leads cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product development and market delivery
• Aligns product functionalities with business goals to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth
• Supports strategic decision-making processes to cultivate continuous innovation and competitiveness in the telecommunications industry
• Engages in leadership activities to guide and mentor team members, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals
• Analyzes performance metrics and feedback to refine product strategies and improve market positioning
• Collaborates with marketing and sales teams to define clear go-to-market strategies and promotional activities

Base Pay Range : $151,700 - $273,700

Corporate Bonus Target : 20%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
