Operations Supervisor

What This Person Will Do
- Works directly with the General Manager to perform day of show duties
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and patrons
- Act as the main point of contact to address guest concerns and complaints regarding security and customer service-related situations
- Serve as a key point of contact between venue employees, guests, and senior management to facilitate clear and effective communication
- Monitor and address operational challenges in real time, proactively identifying and resolving issues
- Ensure that all employees adhere to company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), guest service standards, and safety regulations
- Perform opening / running / closing duties according to company and venue policy
- Maintain line of sight / atmosphere control by circulating through work area and reporting any issues encountered
- Conduct regular inspections of venue spaces to ensure cleanliness, organization, and readiness for events and daily operations
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, guest feedback, and incident reports
- All other duties as assigned
