- Investigate and collect case facts, documents, and evidence for attorney review.
- Organize and maintain digital case files, ensuring compliance with the firm's standards.
- Conduct legal research, including case law, statutes, and judicial decisions, and provide detailed reports.
- Draft, review, and finalize legal documents, motions, affidavits, and correspondence with precision.
- Manage discovery processes, including gathering evidence, coordinating subpoenas, and verifying information.
- Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, creating trial binders, and assisting attorneys in the courtroom.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and complete filings and service of legal documents. Qualifications :
- 4+ years of Family Law paralegal experience.
- Knowledge of Minnesota state court rules and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to work efficiently and interact in a positive manner with clients, attorneys, and staff while under pressure.
- A professional demeanor is a must. Compensation : $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
