Tax, Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Tax, Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join a reputable law firm in Downtown Minneapolis. This is an onsite, direct hire opportunity with some hybrid flexibility.

Responsibilities :

• Assist attorneys with estate, trust, and related client matters.
• Prepare, review, and organize legal and financial documents.
• Communicate with clients and coordinate case information.
• Manage deadlines, filings, and case records.
• Conduct research and provide support for planning and compliance tasks.
• Maintain accurate electronic and physical files.
• Provide general administrative and client service support as needed.
