The Opportunity :

Bishop Spencer is looking for a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) that is passionate about patient care, helping others and providing a superior quality of care! Bishop Spencer Place is Kansas City's premier non-profit Life Care retirement community and a proud member of the Saint Luke's Health System. \\

The Shift : PRN-nights.

The Work :

Our CMT's partner with our licensed nursing staff to plan, develop, organize, and carryout resident care plans. Duties include :

• Medication administration
• Assisting residents with daily living activities in assisted living
• Providing resident care and reporting resident information / needs to charge nurse
• Answering resident calls and requests for assistance
• Serving food and beverages to ensure proper resident nutrition
• Assisting residents in mobility and transport activities
• Collaborating with other health care team members to enhance the provision of resident care
• Supporting resident safety and satisfaction by performing regular rounds on the nursing unit and effectively communicating with all team members while providing excellent customer service
