POSITION OVERVIEW

The Recovery Lounge Coordinator delivers the highest customer service to all members and guests through professional greetings, account maintenance, and extensive knowledge on Recovery products and services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Ensures that the Recovery Lounge is well equipped and provides a clean and safe environment for both members and employees

Greets and checks in members in a professional and welcoming manner

Monitors all equipment to ensure everything remains in good condition, and reports any items that need repair or fixing to OM

Manages inventory of Recovery Lounge products, and submits order requests to OM

Ensures Recovery Lounge is properly opened and closed each day in a timely manner

Develops relationships with members, clients and guests to ensure everyone feels welcome upon entering Recovery Lounge

Proactively engages club member base to drive sales in Recovery Lounge

Answers all Recovery Lounge email and phone inquiries each day

Processes transaction payments for Recovery Lounge services and products

Manages Attendants to ensure they consistently execute the basics in punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness

Assists members and guests with equipment to ensure they feel comfortable and informed

Resolves member concerns and complaints in a professional manner within club parameters

Drives club efforts in achieving revenue goals in Recovery Lounge

Perform other duties as required. Employee responsibilities are subject to change at any time

WORK SCHEDULE

This is a full-time management position. Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Your hours should include prime time and should allow you to interact with staff and members throughout the day. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights and weekends.
