A well-established engineering consultancy is hiring a Structural Project Manager to join their Orange County office. This role is ideal for someone with around 8 years of structural engineering experience and 2-3 years leading projects. If you're ready to take ownership of complex work, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with top-tier clients, this is a strong next step.

You'll manage projects from concept through construction, working closely with architects, developers, and consultants to keep things moving smoothly. You'll lead internal teams, ensure technical quality, and help shape the direction of the work. The firm values precision, curiosity, and practical problem-solving, and you'll be surrounded by people who care about doing great work.

What You'll Bring :

• Master's degree in structural or civil engineering
• PE or SE license
• ~8 years of structural engineering experience
• 2-3 years of project management experience
• Strong technical foundation in building systems and materials
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
• Familiarity with California codes and seismic design is a plus
