Job Title : Service Technician
Location : Farmers Branch, TX – Full-Time / On-site

Responsibilities :
- Travel to job sites in the service area, and work with dispatch to ensure schedule is maintained and delays are properly communicated to the customer.
- Be available to work nights or weekends. on a rotating basis.
- Performing physically demanding tasks, such as lifting and installing garage doors, garage door openers, moving and lifting other heavy objects, and often climbing on a ladder while working.
- Identify, report, and educate the homeowner on potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
- Willing to learn our system; Participate in company-provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
- Other job duties as assigned by your leader.

Must be able to lift and move items of 75 pounds and / or more on regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfacesMust be able to climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis for extended periodsMust be able to work in cramped or high places such as attics, ladders, and tunnelsMust be able to carry heavy items up and down stairsMust be able to work in extreme weather conditions including but not limited to extreme heat, rain, snow or sleetMust have mental skills such as critical thinking , problem solving, and a technical vocabulary to understand direction and adhere to established procedures.Must be willing to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints.Must comply with company standardsWorking Conditions :
