Pizzeria Mozza is owned by Chef, Author and James Beard Award Winners Nancy Silverton and Joe Bastianich. We are a high-volume restaurant with a local, seasonally focused menu.
Requirements :
Learn to become a talented Pizzaiolo under experienced Chef Herbert Yuen.
This position reports to the Executive Chef.
Compensation is hourly based on experience.
