We are seeking an experienced Commercial Superintendent to lead the construction of faith-based facilities, churches, and municipal projects throughout the Greater Houston area. This is a key field leadership role with a well-established general contractor recognized for its award-winning work, deep preconstruction expertise, and ability to deliver complex, multi-phase projects on time and on budget.

What You'll Do :

Oversee all field operations on assigned projects — from site preparation to final completion.

Coordinate daily work activities, subcontractors, inspections, and safety compliance.

Lead on-site scheduling, logistics, and quality control to ensure excellence in workmanship.

Maintain strong communication with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors.

Manage fast-paced schedules while working on occupied campuses when necessary (e.g., church expansions, city facilities).

Ensure jobsite safety, implement company safety program, and promote a culture of safe work practices.

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects.

Proven success building churches, municipal buildings, or similar institutional projects.

Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications.

Strong leadership and communication skills with field teams, subcontractors, and owners.

Proficiency with scheduling software, daily reporting, and project documentation.

OSHA 30 certification preferred.
