Licensed Psychologist – Non-Profit

Full-Time | 35-hour work week (flexible schedule)
Compensation : $90,000 – $130,000 per year (based on experience) + comprehensive benefits package
Position Overview
The Licensed Psychologist will conduct psychological evaluations, provide therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support individuals with diverse mental and emotional needs. The role also includes supervisory and administrative responsibilities to support the Director of Psychological Services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments (cognitive, adaptive, behavioral), interpret results, and prepare comprehensive reports.
Collaborate with medical and clinical professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide psychotherapy to individuals, families, and groups.
Monitor client progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary.
Maintain thorough and compliant clinical documentation.
Provide consultation and guidance to other professionals supporting clients.
Supervise psychology interns, postdoctoral fellows, and other designated staff.
Meet productivity and caseload expectations as assigned.
Qualifications
Doctoral degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical or Counseling Psychology.
Completion of a one-year internship.
Current and valid New York State Psychologist license (in good standing).
Strong proficiency in psychological assessment, interpretation, and report writing.
Experience providing evidence-based treatments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
