A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to support its expanding customer base across Europe on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end onboarding for new clients, ensuring a smooth and impactful start
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across various departments
Provide proactive support and issue resolution, managing tickets and client feedback
Required Qualifications
2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role
Native German speaker and at least a professional level of English
Passionate about technology and AI
Experience with SaaS, automotive retail, or tech support is highly valued
Legally authorized to work in Austria
