Job Description

• Manage all aspects of customer service, including order entry, tracking, and release for shipment through the ERP system.
• Provide customers with timely updates on products, orders, and deliveries.
• Respond to inquiries promptly via phone and email with professionalism and excellent communication skills
• Present and promote products and services to clients in a clear, solution-oriented manner.
• Process product returns and customer complaints, serving as the lead investigator for assigned fulfillment issues.
• Collaborate with Production Planning to align on schedules, lead times, and inventory availability to ensure on-time delivery.
• Partner with management to address shipment delays, stock-out risks, and other service concerns.
• Support the Sales team by understanding customer requirements, making proactive sales calls, and assisting in account development.
• Research accounts, identify key contacts, and prospect new opportunities using professional outreach methods.
• Build and strengthen long-term business relationships with new and existing clients
• Foster collaboration across teams, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and lead by example.
