Program Coordinator

As a Project Coordinator, you'll assist in managing projects from initiation through completion, ensuring plans, schedules, and deliverables align with business objectives. Working closely with experienced project and program managers, you'll gain exposure to project management best practices, cross-functional teamwork, and enterprise operations all while helping to drive meaningful results across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage small projects and individual project tasks under the direction of senior project or program managers.
- Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and project coordination activities.
- Support the development and monitoring of project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Track and document issues, risks, and dependencies and assist in escalating as appropriate.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates clearly and effectively to team members and stakeholders.
Essential Job Functions
Carry out procedures to ensure that all solutions and services meet company standards and user requirements.Assist with the creation of business cases and project documentation.Define and clarify project scope, objectives, and deliverables.Develop and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets.Track project progress and performance against key milestones.Determine the organizational structure of project teams and identify roles and responsibilities.Set team direction, motivate members, and coordinate activities across business areas.Assign work, monitor progress, and deliver results consistent with plans.Report and communicate effectively with project teams, sponsors, and management.Qualifications
H.S. Diploma or GED required.Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.12 years of experience supporting or coordinating business or technology projects.Foundational understanding of project management principles and tools.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management software preferred.Demonstrated commitment to learning and developing project management skills.Normal office environment : periodic travel may be required.Ongoing education in Project / Program Management is encouraged and supported.Salary Range :
$53,200.00 - $78,550.00 / annually.
Salary is commensurate to experience, location, etc.
