A company is looking for a Recruiter to join their Recruiting Team.
Key Responsibilities
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and fill requisitions with quality candidates
Sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and extending job offers to candidates while maintaining relationships
Completing weekly reports on recruiting activity and coordinating with the credentialing team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years' experience in Insurance Fraud Investigations and 1 year in Recruiting preferred
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Experience with iCIMS Application Tracking & Onboarding systems preferred
Associates or bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human resources, or business is preferred
High School Diploma or GED is required
