Overview
Immigration Clerk / Paralegal (Whittier CA area)
Compensation : Pay according to experience (Fair pay, Recognition, Rewards, Job satisfaction).
This is a growing immigration / criminal solo practice. You will get hands-on training from our attorney directly. Based on reviews, this law firm is extremely selective in their cases and aggressive in representation.

Responsibilities
- Process all aspects of family-based immigration cases and manage a diverse caseload with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and balance competing demands.
- Draft and prepare case documents under attorney supervision, including writing and research.
- Assist with organizing family-based packages (U Visas, VAWA, Consular Processing, CIS adjustment of status packages) and preparing I-601A waivers as needed.
- Write and respond to immigration matters with guidance from the attorney and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
