What You Will Be Doing

• Owning the enrollment pipeline end-to-end for one campus—from first inquiry to waitlist
• Hosting compelling info sessions and 1 : 1 conversations that convert curious parents into committed advocates
• Traveling frequently to campus and local events to build visibility and forge trust
• Cultivating partnerships with community organizations and influencers to boost regional awareness
• Reporting insights on parent sentiment, conversion trends, and local engagement opportunities

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD / hour, which equates to $200,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
