Base pay
Range : $90,000.00 / yr - $115,000.00 / yr
Responsibilities
Proven experience managing paid social campaigns with budgets exceeding $100K / month across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest; additional expertise with TikTok Shop, Snapchat, or LinkedIn is a strong plus.
Strategizing and optimizing for performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, and CTR to drive measurable business outcomes.
Executing full-funnel, conversion-focused media strategies for enterprise-level clients.
Leading campaign performance analysis and using data to inform strategic direction and optimizations.
Utilizing AI-driven tools for forecasting, real-time bidding, and media mix modeling to improve efficiency and scale.
Applying media intelligence (e.g., NLP, sentiment analysis) for competitor monitoring and trend identification.
Translating AI insights into actionable strategies and clearly communicating them to clients and internal stakeholders.
Owning account strategy and defining next steps to meet client objectives.
Collaborating with creative teams to assess performance and guide next-generation creative strategy.
Auditing accounts to ensure implementation of best practices and identifying areas for improvement.
Building strong client relationships and demonstrating consultative, solution-oriented communication.
Engaging with platform partners to gather insights and advocate for better support and collaboration.
Developing and maintaining systems, processes, and shared resources to support cross-channel media operations.
Embracing and applying adQuadrants omni-channel performance marketing approach.
Demonstrating a proactive, test-and-learn mindset to continuously improve performance and strategy.
Qualifications

Brings top-tier attitude and effort to continuously elevate existing skills and knowledge.
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and effective in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus.
4+ years of experience managing paid media across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar platforms.
At least one current paid media certification (e.g., Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy).
Deep understanding of auction-based media buying and strategies to scale profitably.
Strong grasp of ad targeting methodologies, performance optimization, and iterative testing.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automated bidding, generative creative testing).
Experience leveraging machine learning models to inform media mix, creative decisioning, or performance forecasting.
Comfortable interpreting outputs from AI tools and translating them into actionable strategy.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, etc.) and performance reporting platforms.
Fluent in mathematical and statistical concepts with strong critical thinking skills.
Naturally curious, continuously learning, and applying new insights to improve campaign outcomes.
Strong communicator with a performance-first mindset and a drive to exceed goals.
