$80,000.00 / yr - $98,000.00 / yr
Hourly pay will be between $40.00 and $48.00 depending on experience.
Overview
The key function of the Sourcing Recruiter role is to match the right people to the right job. A Kestra Sourcing Recruiter will collaborate with our Senior Recruiters and hiring managers, and is responsible for creating innovative ways to manage candidates across multiple business units. Although this position will primarily be responsible for sourcing candidates, they may also help with screening candidates, negotiating compensation and making job offers to candidates while providing a first-class candidate experience. The Sourcing Recruiter reports to the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development. This role is a contract to cover for a leave.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Plan, prepare, facilitate, and follow-through on talent discussions and recruitment plans across business units, functions, cross-functional pools, and varying levels of leadership
- Manage candidate database and recruiting platforms
- Use a variety of techniques to discover and attract the best passive talent
- Focus on and seek ways to provide a great candidate experience at every opportunity
- Remain current in knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Education / Experience Required :
BS / BA or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional abilityMinimum of 3 years recruiting experience including :Providing an excellent candidate experience
