Job Title : Network Engineer

Pay Range : $85 / H

Contract Period : 9 months

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performing Wi-Fi networks for enterprise corporate offices, campuses, and remote sites.
• Conduct wireless site surveys (predictive and physical) using tools like Ekahau or AirMagnet.
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and tuning of wireless access points (Client), controllers, and related infrastructure (e.g., Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, Ruckus).
• Develop and implement Wi-Fi security standards, including WPA3, 802.1X, RADIUS integration, and rogue AP detection.
• Monitor wireless network performance, capacity, and usage to identify and resolve coverage issues and bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with other network, security, and application teams to ensure seamless connectivity and integration.
• Lead or support large-scale wireless projects, including upgrades, redesigns, and new deployments.
• Expert understanding of Layer 2 / Layer 3 networking
• Technically proficient at building highly resilient networks in an enterprise
• Strong knowledge of network management platforms
• Maintain and update documentation : network diagrams, SOPs, and topology maps.
• Provide mentorship to junior network engineers and assist with technical training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, HIPAA).
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to critical wireless outages or performance incidents.
