Overview
Photography Technician – We are looking for a Photography Technician to provide technical support to staff and students. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the learning environment, equipment and teaching resources, and the supervision of designated learning areas.
Responsibilities
- Organising daily activities within the learning environment, including the preparation of teaching resources and housekeeping.
- To provide assistance to individuals or groups of students within the learning environment. For specific departments, this may include work placements and instructing / directing of students.
- Participate in course review activities and the generation and implementation of new resources and action plans.
- To implement and maintain the regulations of the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and all other related Health and Safety legislation and regulations.
- Distribution and collection of tools as required on a daily basis, if applicable
Requirements
Level 2 qualification in the relevant subject area or relevant industry experienceTechnical qualification in the relevant subject areaRelevant industrial / subject experienceWorking knowledge of the relevant curriculum areaExperience of following / applying Health & Safety ProceduresExperience of ordering supplies and maintaining stock levelsBenefits
