8+ years of experience in product strategy, operations, or transformation in a regulated environment
Proven success in leading analytically rigorous initiatives involving ROI modeling and cost-benefit analysis
Experience in process design, automation, or analytics to address operational challenges
Ability to structure ambiguous problems and present actionable recommendations
Familiarity with compliance and operational risk frameworks in financial operations
