Your Role :
As our first Customer Success Manager in the US, you will play a crucial role in managing our customer base and spearheading Hadrian's expansion into the American market.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring the overall success of our customers throughout their journey with Hadrian. You will be instrumental in making sure customers are not just onboarded but actively engaged, adopting our cybersecurity solutions, and, most importantly, preventing churn.
