Position Summary :

The Associate Planner will play a key supporting role in the pre-season and in-season planning processes. This individual will analyze historical data, help forecast demand, and support seasonal strategies across multiple categories. They’ll work closely with cross-functional partners in Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics to help align product availability with marketing moments and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in building pre-season plans for sales, margin, and inventory by category
• Monitor weekly performance and support in-season reforecasting and open-to-buy tracking
• Analyze historical trends to support SKU count decisions and category planning
• Prepare data and summaries for key business recaps and seasonal hindsight presentations
• Support promotional planning and dynamic product cost impact assessments through ad hoc reporting
• Collaborate with the Analytics team to create and maintain reporting dashboards (sell-through, margin trends, inventory position, etc.)
• Partner with Operations to align business efficiencies

Pay : $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
