Practice Operations Market Manager

Responsibilities

Manages and supports the practice managers within the respective market. Manages the operation and personnel of the clinic on a day-to-day basis.  Establishes practices, policies, and procedures to ensure efficient operations while providing an outstanding patient experience.  Analyzes and maximizes patient flow while managing financial considerations.  Plans, organizes, implements, manages, and evaluates staffing and employee competencies.  Delivers performance reviews, staff recognition and staff counseling as appropriate.  Ensures regulatory and accreditation standards are met and maintained for the medical group.

Qualifications

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1.    Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business or related field or a minimum of five years Healthcare leadership / management experience is required.

2.    Minimum of three (3) – five (5) years of practice management experience within a medical practice, preferred.

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72.072.00 to $104,374.40 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
