About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Technologist

Profession : Technologist

Specialty : Cardiac Cath Lab

Duration : 32 weeks

Shift : 10H Days, call included, every other weekend

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years

License : Required

Certifications : ACLS, ARRT, BLS, PALS

Must-Have :

• 2 years of experience or more
• Experience with IR, cath lab, and neuro
• EP experience is preferred

Description :

This is a high-volume cath lab with an average of 1200 cases per year.

The unit consists of multiple suites and provides various services including trauma, neuro, STEMI, L and R interventional and diagnostic procedures, implants, pacemakers, central lines, fistulas, and more.

Candidates must possess required certifications.

Call is required every other weekend, starting after the shift ends on Friday through Monday morning.

Also, there is a requirement for weekday call, typically 14-15 days every four weeks.

The staff includes both RN and Technologist roles, with variable shift lengths.

Experience in both interventional radiology and neurology is increasingly essential as case volume rises.
