Description :

Sunshine Quality Solutions is hiring a Service Writer to support our service team with accurate reporting, customer communication, and warranty coordination. This role manages service records, supplies, and equipment logistics while maintaining up-to-date customer profiles. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused. Responsibilities :

• Respond to internal and external customer inquiries
• Open and manage work orders through invoicing
• Coordinate equipment transportation and maintain records
• Keep service library current with manuals, bulletins, and media
• Maintain department files and customer profiles
• Manage accessories and supplies, including reorders
• Collaborate on warranty claim follow-ups with the centralized processor
