Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday (8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM)

Pay Range : $24-25 / hr

Location : Brooklyn Park, MN

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements :

• Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
• Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Strong computer skills including data entry / typing.
