Customer Service Representative

TEKsystems is hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a dynamic team in Lakeville, MN. This role is focused on providing excellent customer support through inbound calls, troubleshooting product issues, and scheduling service appointments.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle inbound calls from clients seeking service for company products.

Troubleshoot issues and schedule service technician visits.

Log all customer interactions in the internal CRM system.

Perform data entry and basic invoicing using Excel.

Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications :

1+ year of customer service experience (preferably in an office setting)

High School Diploma or equivalent

Strong multitasking and communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience in scheduling or help desk support

Familiarity with Excel and CRM systems

Work Environment :

Casual and supportive office setting with a retail showroom

Team of 10 in Customer Service, divided into Building, Retail, and Service divisions

Business casual dress code

Friendly management and collaborative team culture

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
