From English learners, multilingual students, bilingual students and dual language learners who are struggling to read or write, Summit K12’s online, standards-based supplemental curriculum will close gaps and ensure growth for all students.

We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager (Contractor) to join our dynamic team and lead the execution of complex initiatives across Product, Content, and Engineering teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, manages multiple competing priorities with grace, and demonstrates relentless ownership and follow-through.

This is a contract position with the strong potential to transition into a full-time role within the year based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive day-to-day management of cross-functional projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Proactively identify roadblocks, gaps, and risks—and remove obstacles before they impact delivery.
• Lead meetings, facilitate clear communication between teams, and document decisions / action items.
• Take extreme ownership of outcomes, following up relentlessly until resolutions are achieved.
• Create and maintain status updates, dashboards, and project documentation to keep leadership informed.
• Support sprint planning, retrospectives, and agile workflows as needed.
