Job Details

We’re looking for a Licensed Electrical Superintendent to lead and manage electrical teams on job sites. This role requires strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC), a commitment to safety, and the ability to train and develop team members. Superintendents play a key role in delivering high-quality work, on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do :

Lead electrical crews on job sites

Ensure all work follows NEC standards and company safety guidelines

Manage large teams (15+ electricians) or multiple smaller projects

Monitor job costs, timelines, and productivity to meet or exceed targets

Work closely with project managers and other trades to maintain project schedules

Conduct daily safety meetings and risk assessments

Use internal resources and tools to support project planning and execution

Communicate project concerns or opportunities to improve outcomes

Train and mentor future leaders (Foremen)

Maintain required licenses and training

Requirements :

Completed apprenticeship or 8,000+ hours of relevant work experience

Licensed electrician

Willing to travel 60–75% of the time

Flexible schedule (may include early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays based on project needs)

Previous experience managing job sites and meeting budget / productivity goals
