ABOUT THE POSITION
The Superior Court of Los Angeles County is looking for motivated, strategic, and service-driven professionals to join us as an Administrator II . This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing all non-judicial operations and administrative functions of a trial court or a central litigation division-typically supporting 20 to 25 courtrooms or more. In this role, you'll oversee complex administrative functions, drive operational excellence, and help drive the delivery of court services. Key Responsibilities
This is an at-will managerial position. The Trial Court Employment Protection and Governance Act (SB 2140) authorizes the Court to exclude managerial employees from the employment protection provisions of the Act subject to meet and confer.
THIS IS A TELEWORK ELIGIBLE OPPORTUNITY
This position may be eligible for partial telework following an initial training period and contingent upon the needs of the Court.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
To qualify, you must meet one of the following requirements at time of application :
O PTION I : Six (6) years of experience at the level of a Court Operations Manager for the Superior Court of Los Angeles County.
OPTION II : Bachelor's degree from accredited four-year college or university
OPTION III : Six (6) years of progressive responsibility managing
OPTION IV : Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
Note : Credit for experience is given based on a 40-hour workweek. Part-time experience is credited on a part-time ratio, i.e., working 20 hours per week for two months equals one month of experience. No additional credit is given for overtime.
