Job Overview
The Manager of Quality Reporting and Analytics is responsible for managing a team of clinical quality analysts in the design, implementation, and evaluation of AltaMed's quality reporting resources and tools. The Manager in Quality Reporting & Analytics oversees data collection, analysis, evaluation, and reporting for AltaMed's medical and dental FQHC sites and Contracted Network. This role serves as a liaison to all corporate departments, including but not limited to Epic Reporting, Data Analytics & Reporting, Business Intelligence, Clinical Informatics, Nursing, and Operations, to ensure efficient workflows, improve quality of care documentation and outcomes, and ensure accurate quality reporting. Serves as a resource and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on outcomes measurement and analysis aspects of the enterprise quality program.
Minimum Requirements
Compensation $101,509.73 - $126,887.17 annually
Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations. The range is subject to change.
