About The Role
We are looking for a highly driven Deal Strategy and Operations Manager to join our Strategy and Operations team. This person will be a key operator and problem solver, driving critical cross-functional initiatives that improve deal desk performance, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment. The ideal candidate has a strategy consulting and analytical background, thrives in ambiguity, and is equally comfortable diving into data as they are presenting insights to senior leaders. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can identify problems before they surface, define opportunities for improvement, translate vague concepts into actionable workstreams, and coordinate execution across multiple teams with a strong bias for action.
Key Responsibilities
Program Leadership : Lead and execute complex cross-functional initiatives that advance company priorities, from scoping through implementation. Strategic Problem Solving : Break down ambiguous business challenges into structured workstreams, define success metrics, and develop data-informed solutions. Operational Excellence : Identify inefficiencies in current processes, design scalable solutions, and institutionalize improvements across pricing, monetization, and GTM motions (e.g. promotions). Analytical Rigor : Partner with data teams to analyze performance and translate findings into actionable business recommendations. Performance Management : Define, monitor, and communicate KPIs that measure the impact of programs and drive accountability across teams. Stakeholder Management : Influence and align stakeholders across deal desk, product, sales, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive execution and timely delivery of initiatives. Execution Discipline : Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and business outcomes are achieved. Bias for action is highly critical. Change Leadership : Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement by identifying operational bottlenecks, communicating insights, and leading the adoption of better ways of working. Communication and Storytelling : Create executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex insights into clear, persuasive narratives.
