Director Of Operations
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of Operations to lead our operational strategy and ensure the efficiency of our business processes. Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the organization.

- Lead cross-functional teams in project management initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners to optimize business development opportunities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify areas for growth and improvement within the organization.
- Conduct regular assessments of operational processes, implementing changes as necessary to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovative ideas and solutions from team members.
- Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for development.
Experience :
Proven experience in operations management or a similar leadership role.Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects effectively, with strong project management skills.Experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on process improvement methodologies.Strong negotiation skills with experience in business development initiatives.Excellent leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving organizational objectives.A background in senior leadership roles is preferred, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices.A Bachelor's degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field.At least 4 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in home health / long term care or any related setting.Experience with payroll, billing, auditing, and Microsoft 365.Highly tech-savvy with the ability to learn and implement new systems effectively.Exceptional communication and customer service skills to manage client relationships and support business growth.Proven ability to build and execute effective marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to make a significant impact within an organization while advancing their career in operations management.
