Security Officer Unarmed Driving Patrol Full-Time

As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Patrol Full-Time in Santa Fe Springs, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more.

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols and remain visible throughout the property to help deter security-related incidents. This driving post requires a valid drivers license and involves monitoring assigned areas while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Job Schedule :

Day Time Mon 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Tue 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Wed 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Thur 11 : 00 PM - 07 : 00 AM Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to deter unauthorized access and / or property loss.
  • Communicate and collaborate with property management and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns.
  • Document and report security-related incidents and / or maintenance issues as observed during patrols.
  • Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide reassurance to tenants and visitors.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
