As a Corporate Facilities Manager II within PNC's Realty Services organization, you will be based in Tucson, AZ, Albuquerque, NM, or El Paso, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNC's footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position.

The Corporate Facilities Manager II will :

• Manage major physical properties in an assigned region and drive the performance of properties to achieve the lowest efficient operating expense level.
• Ensure properties are operating in a code compliant, safe, functional and cost effective manner. Manage vendors and contractors. Prepare and work with the regional property manager to approve annual operating budget and capital / expense project plan for the region.
• Identify and execute on opportunities for regional, cross-regional and / or enterprise-wide initiatives or projects.
• Design and implement building specific plans including space planning, cost saving initiatives, and long-term asset preservation. Assist Regional Property manager in the implementation of regional initiatives.
• Oversee property and / or regional related projects, up to $200k in value, including reconfigurations and consolidations. Approves property related projects, up to $50k in value. Ensures projects are on budget, on time and completed with minimal disruption to end users.
