Responsibilities :
Lead OpenText Content Server / xECM architecture, administration, and system optimization .
Design and develop workflows, WebReports, and database integrations (PostgreSQL) .
Implement enterprise integrations using xECM widgets and automation solutions.
Collaborate in an agile onsite offshore model , providing technical leadership and mentorship .
Required Skills & Experience
Expertise in Content Server / xECM architecture & administration for enterprise deployments.
Strong in WebReports design , workflow development , and Content Server data model .
Proficient in PostgreSQL (advanced queries, functions) and database integrations .
Skilled in xECM widget integration , CIS modeling , and business analysis .
Experience with Linux (RHEL) and AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS).
Preferred Qualifications
OpenText certifications and knowledge of other OpenText tools (Brava!, Blazon, Archive Center).
Scripting skills ( Python, Bash ) for automation.
Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines for OpenText deployments.
