Lead and produce—recruit, ramp, and coach while closing your own deals in Shawnee / KC Metro.

Driver’s license / car; U.S. work authorization
Compensation
1099, commission-only with paid training and bonuses. Typical leadership OTE $62,000–$90,000+ .
