The Senior Real Estate Specialist plays a critical role in acquiring and leasing property to support public improvement initiatives. This position ensures that complex real estate transactions are conducted in compliance with legal, financial, and procedural requirements, mitigating risk and enabling project success. The role involves independent appraisal, contract management, negotiations, and coordination with legal and city leadership.
