Contracts Support Specialist
Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a Contracts Support Specialist to support a high-visibility USSF program. The Contracts Support Specialist will provide expert-level acquisition and contracting support to senior leadership and program managers within the USSF. This position will be onsite in El Segundo, CA! Responsibilities of the Contracts Support Specialist include :
- Advise Program Managers and senior leadership on acquisition strategies, budgeting, and execution.
- Draft and manage key acquisition documentation, including ESIS, ASP, ASD, J&A, and Source Selection Strategies.
- Support technical teams in developing Statements of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and incentive plans.
- Assist in contract negotiations, price reasonableness determinations, and contract administration.
- Prepare contract modifications and supporting documentation for funding, award fees, and performance extensions.
- Develop and coordinate program planning documents in accordance with DoDI 5000.02 and relevant DoD, AF, and Space Systems Command policies.
- Draft technical evaluations and serve as an advisor during source selections.
- Monitor contractor performance for compliance and ensure timely submission of deliverables.
