PROJECT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Doorway Systems Security And Safety Solutions Manager

Duties : Communicate with clients to determine project requirements and objectives related to doorway systems security and safety solutions in commercial buildings. Identify grant opportunities. Develop project plans, identify and coordinate between the field, factory, integrators, contractors, and end-users. Develop plan estimate costs, identify potential risks, and specify timeline for completion. Translate design intent into code-compliant, electronically integrated systems. Provide End-to-End support on specifications and work with sales team to ensure that specifications work in practice. Coordinate with factory engineers, installers, and integrators to ensure that project functions as intended. Oversee diagnostics, firmware updates, and ensure all components are communicating within the system. Conduct field training and product demonstration on hardware functionality and code compliance. Field visits to evaluate conditions against original plans, recommend product substitutions or integration solutions based on existing building infrastructure.

Requirements : Masters Degree in Business, with Project Management concentration. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience, including managing a budget. Education or work with institutions in identifying and writing grant applications; education in consumer behavior and decision-making processes. Demonstrated ability to communicate and align multiple groups with different priorities to achieve a shared goal.

Travel : 40% travel to architectural firms and project sites in PA and WV.
