Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned book of business to support retention and growth; coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities; resolve complex issues with minimal errors.
• Maintain technical competence and industry expertise.
• Direct daily activities of the account management team.
• Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and address delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier / vendor platforms, ensuring data accuracy.
• Maintain timely communication with the account team; monitor activity and suspense to ensure timely completion.
• Deliver proactive, high-quality service and respond quickly to service requests.
• Stay updated on company policies and procedures; seek continuous improvement.
• Demonstrate IOA values.

Salary Range

The expected pay range for this position is $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
