A company is looking for a Mortgage Quality / Process Improvement Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Conducts performance analysis to enhance risk mitigation processes
Measures and compares processes, providing management summaries and recommendations
Leads projects and ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED with nine years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with five years of experience
Experience in quality assurance, audit, and / or operational business units
Proficiency in project management software is preferred
Extensive experience with mortgage origination and compliance
Experience with data analytics and developing custom solutions is preferred
