California Contracts Analyst

A company is looking for a Contracts Analyst to support government contracting processes.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate complex government contracts and subcontracts

Oversee the full contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with regulations

Act as the primary point of contact for government agencies regarding contract-related issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract management, law, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred

3 to 5 years of experience in government contract and subcontract management

Expertise in federal compliance (FAR, CFR) and California state agency contracts preferred

Strong negotiation and analytical skills
