Georgia Licensed Triage Specialist

A company is looking for a Triage Agent to provide telephone triage support for dermatology patients.

Key Responsibilities

Answer phones and return voicemails to address patient inquiries and transfer calls as needed

Relay pathology results, schedule appointments, and document all conversations in the system

Prioritize patient cases based on urgency and explain procedures to patients

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or higher

Minimum of 3 years experience as a Medical Assistant

Experience with patient scheduling and understanding of medical terminology

Familiarity with medical surgical procedures and common pathology diagnoses

Experience in handling emergent situations and charting
