We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Facilities Assistant to join our team in Austin, Texas. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in maintaining the workplace environment and ensuring operational efficiency. This is a part-time opportunity, offering 25-30 hours per week, where your organizational and multitasking skills will be highly valued.

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and manage inventory levels for office supplies, snacks, and beverages to ensure availability.
• Perform light stocking and replenishment tasks as needed.
• Assist the IT team with desk setups and configurations for new employees.
• Collaborate with vendors to oversee light vendor management responsibilities.
• Utilize Google Suite for efficient documentation and communication.
• Support conference room management and ensure facilities are prepared for meetings or events.
• Maintain records and schedules using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
• Assist with timekeeping processes using Kronos Timekeeping System.
• Ensure the workplace remains organized and conducive to productivity.
• Previous experience in facilities coordination or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Google Suite for administrative tasks and communication.
• Familiarity with CMMS and Kronos Timekeeping System is highly desirable.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage inventory and perform light stocking tasks.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor and team collaboration.
• Capability to assist with IT-related desk setups.
• Flexibility and adaptability to support various workplace needs.
